PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for setting an access restriction relating to information of a management device with a simple method.SOLUTION: A management device communicable with a communication terminal device having identification information that identifies a device, comprises: a storage unit that stores the identification information of the communication terminal device in which the communication with an own device is permitted as permission identification information; a reception unit that receives a permission request, from the communication terminal device, that requests permission of the communication to the own device from the communication terminal device; a registration unit that registers the identification information of the communication terminal device that requests the permission request to be received as the permission identification information; a communication determination unit that determines whether the communication is performed with the communication terminal device on the basis of whether the identification information is registered to the permission identification information; and a communication unit that communicates with the communication terminal device on the basis of a determination result of the communication determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
