Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copolymer for coating a physiologically active substance on various substrates.SOLUTION: There is provided a copolymer having a copolymerization ratio of 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine, butyl methacrylate and 2-methacryloyloxyethyl succinate of 15-50:40-75:2-20 and a molecular weight of 300,000. There is provided a coating agent which activates a carboxyl group in the copolymer to bind a physiologically active substance. There are provided: a coating agent in which the physiologically active substance includes a nucleic acid, a polypeptide, biotin, avidin, streptavidin and an analog thereof; and a method for coating the copolymer bonded with the physiological active substrate on various substrates as a coating agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
