Title:
COPPER ALLOY SHEET FOR HEAT RADIATION COMPONENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016186107
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy sheet capable of imparting sufficient strength and radiation performance to a manufactured heat radiation component when processes for manufacturing the heat radiation component partially include a process of heating at a temperature of 650°C or higher.SOLUTION: A copper alloy sheet for a heat radiation component includes 1.0-4.0 mass% of one or two kinds from among Ni and Co, 0.2-1.2 mass% Si, with a ratio [Ni+Co]/[Si] of the total content of Ni and Co [Ni+Co] and the content of Si [Si] being 3.5-5, and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities. In the copper alloy sheet, 0.2% yield strength is 300 MPa or more and electric conductivity is 25% IACS or more, after heated for 30 min. at 850°C, then cooled by water, and an aging treatment. The copper alloy may further include one or more kinds from among 0.005-1.0 mass% Sn, 0.005-0.2 mass% Mg, and 2.0 mass% or less Zn.SELECTED DRAWING: None
