Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration level estimation device and a deterioration level estimation method that can estimate the deterioration level of a battery without obtaining battery information from a vehicle side by communication.SOLUTION: A deterioration level estimation device for estimating the deterioration level of a battery comprises: a charged power amount detection unit that is mounted on a power supply line to supply power from an external power supply to a battery provided on a vehicle, and detects the amount of charged power of the battery a time; a storage unit for storing the amount of charged power; a frequency distribution calculation unit that calculates the frequency distribution of charged times to the amount of charged power on the basis of the information of the amounts of charged power for a plurality of times stored in the storage unit; and a deterioration level estimation unit that estimates the deterioration level on the basis of the frequency distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
