Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis circuit with which it is possible to diagnose a monitoring circuit that monitors a power supply voltage during regular operation.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, the diagnosis circuit comprises: a control unit for cyclically switching one of the voltage values of a monitoring object voltage Vm that corresponds to a power supply voltage VO1 when the power supply voltage VO1 is normal and a monitoring reference voltage Vmref that corresponds to a reference voltage Vref to a first voltage value and a second voltage value so that the up/down relation of respective voltage values of the monitoring object voltage Vm and the monitoring reference voltage Vmref is cyclically switched; a monitoring circuit for comparing the monitoring object voltage Vm and the monitoring reference voltage Vmref; and a determination circuit for determining whether the power supply voltage VO1 is normal or not, and whether the monitoring circuit is faulty or not on the basis of the monitoring result M1 of the monitoring circuit and the voltage value information of the monitoring object voltage Vm or the monitoring reference voltage Vmref cyclically switched by the control unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
