Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high accurate diagnosis of an electrical apparatus such as a rotary machine.SOLUTION: A diagnostic device comprises: a measurement data storage unit (24) for storing measurement data of an electrical apparatus to be diagnosed; a phenomenon description model storage unit (22) for storing a phenomenon description model representing the state of an electrical apparatus by one or a plurality of model constant values (D1); a model constant value determination unit (26) for determining a model constant value (D1) so as to reproduce the measurement data, and calculating a success level index value (D2) being the degree of matching of the model constant value (D1) with respect to the electrical apparatus; and a judgement unit (28) for obtaining the certainty of occurrence of a phenomenon corresponding to the phenomenon description model and the degree of progress of the phenomenon by using the model constant value (D1) and the success level index value (D2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
