PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster monitoring system that can prevent convergence from occurring in a network, and can detect the occurrence of a disaster while suppressing the false detection.SOLUTION: The disaster monitoring system is disposed in a monitoring object, and detects the occurrence of a disaster with a monitoring device on the basis of the sensing information collected from a plurality of sensor devices for detecting a change of state.
