Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing unit with a magnetic fluid seal that has good handleability and workability of attachment to a rotating shaft part, and performs a stable sealing function.SOLUTION: A bearing unit 1 with a magnetic fluid seal according to the present invention comprises: an inner ring 3 and an outer ring 5 made of a magnetic material; a plurality of rolling elements 7 interposed between the inner ring 3 and the outer ring 5; a magnetic seal mechanism 10 arranged between the inner ring 3 and the outer ring 5 to prevent entry of foreign substances into the side of the plurality of rolling elements; a cylindrical non-magnetic inner ring side supporting member 30 fitted to the inner ring 3 and held; and a cylindrical non-magnetic outer ring side supporting member 40 fitted to the outer ring 5 and held.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
