Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust washer with improved oil retention capacity.SOLUTION: A thrust washer 1 has: a base material 21 having a thrust surface 11 which receives a thrust load; and a coating layer 22 formed in at least one part of the thrust surface 11. The coating layer 22 has: a binder resin 221; and a solid lubricant 222 dispersed in the binder resin 221. An exposed efficiency of the solid lubricant 222 on a slide surface of the coating layer 22 is more than or equal to 7%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
