Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste gypsum board heating and drying processing device in which some waste gypsum boards mixed with boards of various sizes generated at the time of decomposition of buildings can be heated, dried and processed in a uniform manner.SOLUTION: There is provided a parallel flow heating type rotary kiln 2 including one end part of a kiln main body 4 having several scraping-up blades 14 arranged in a circumferential direction at its inner circumferential wall, hot air supply burner 7 and a supply conveyor 8 through a hot hopper 6 and the other end part has a discharging duct 11 through a cold hopper 10. In addition, at least a part of the scraping-up blades 14 is bent forward in a rotating direction of the kiln main body 4 at the extremity ends of the blades and formed in substantial comb teeth to attain comb teeth blades 15. When the board pieces are scraped up by the comb teeth blades 15. The extremity ends of the comb teeth 16 are engaged in the board pieces to scrape up the board pieces while the board pieces are being broken and crushed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
