Abstract:
An electric construction machine comprising: a base plate (11) that extends in the horizontal direction; a tip-over protection structure (20) that has a pair of posts (21) fixed, with a space therebetween, on the base plate (11) in the width direction of the base plate (11); a battery unit that is provided on the base plate (11) behind the tip-over protection structure (20); and a battery protection structure (140) that has an extension member (150) extending so as to surround the battery unit on both sides in the width direction and on the rear side with both ends fixed to the tip-over protection structure (20) on both sides of the battery unit in the width direction.
