Abstract:
To protect a battery unit by suppressing break of a center side portion of a member positioned below the battery unit without inviting inconvenience such as weight increase in a vehicle body.SOLUTION: In a lower structure of an electric vehicle mounted with a battery unit 12 below a floor 11, battery modules 21 of the battery unit 12 are arranged on the left and right across a tunnel part 13b swelling upward in such a manner that a cross section is formed into a substantially arch shape in a center in a vehicle width direction of the floor 11, and extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction. A transverse frame 62 provided below the battery unit 12 is mounted so as to be bridged between floor frames 15 as skeleton members positioned in the outside in a vehicle width direction from the battery unit 12 and extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction, and a portion of the transverse frame 62 opposite to the tunnel part 13b is mounted on the tunnel part 13b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
