Abstract:
To protect a battery unit by enhancing mounting rigidity of the battery unit to a floor without inviting inconvenience such as weight increase in a vehicle body.SOLUTION: In a lower structure of an electric vehicle mounted with a battery unit 12 below a floor 11, battery modules 21 of the battery unit 12 are arranged on the left and right across a tunnel part 13b swelling upward in such a manner that a cross section is formed into a substantially arch shape in a center in a vehicle width direction of the floor 11, and extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction. Tunnel part side portions of the battery modules 21 are fastened to left and right fastening parts 13c higher than a floor general surface in the tunnel part 13b. The ceiling surface of the tunnel part 13b is provided with tunnel reinforcements 91 coupled so as to connect between the left and right fastening parts 13c and reinforcing the tunnel part 13b, and a reinforcement member 92 over between the fastening parts 13c below the tunnel reinforcement 91 is provided so as to enhance rigidity of the vicinity of the fastening parts 13c by a ring structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
