Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an electrolyte film for a battery, which has relatively high ion conductivity and mechanical strength; and a method for manufacturing the electrolyte film.SOLUTION: An electrolyte film 12 comprises: an organic inorganic hybrid porous film 10 used as a base material; and anion-conducting material filled in pores of the porous film. To the polymer porous film per se, ion conductivity is imparted by coating its surface with particles LDH of a layered inorganic double hydroxide consisting of two or more kinds of metal ions having different valences. Therefore, unlike the case of using a polymer porous film 24 having no ion conductivity as the base material of the electrolyte film 12, the ion conductivity of the electrolyte film 12 can be enhanced, and the strength of the electrolyte film 12 can be increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
