Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart screening system capable of efficiently creating screening definition data, extracting medical information of a patient matching with a prescribed screening condition from electronic medical charts using the created screening definition data, and displaying the screening result, storing it and transmitting it.SOLUTION: An electronic medical chart screening system comprises: a definition data creation computer 10 to which a definition data identifier is given according to each clinical research, and which creates screening definition data 16 to narrow the range of object cases of a clinical research, edits it, displays it, stores it, and transmits it to other computer; and an electronic medical chart screening computer which reads one or more pieces of screening definition data 16 created by the definition data creation computer 10 and multiple pieces of electronic medical chart data 56, extracts electronic medical chart data 44 which matches with at least one piece of screening definition data 46, displays the extracted electronic medical chart data 44, stores it, and transmits it to other computer.
