Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device capable of suppressing luminance unevenness of an image even if positional deviations occur when a first substrate formed with pixel electrodes and a second substrate formed with optical elements such as lenses are bonded together, and an electronic apparatus and a manufacturing method of the electro-optical device.SOLUTION: In a first substrate 10 of an electro-optical device, a plurality of pixel electrodes 9a are arranged such that each distance between centers in a first direction X of two pixel electrodes 9a adjacent to each other in the first direction X is a first pitch Pax. In a second substrate 20, a plurality of optical elements 25 are arranged such that each distance between centers in the first direction X of two optical elements 25 adjacent to each other in the first direction X is a second pitch Pbx. The second pitch Pbx is longer than the first pitch Pax. Accordingly, the centers of the optical elements 25 positioned at end portions in the first direction X are positioned closer to outsides in the first direction X than the centers the pixel electrodes 9a facing the optical elements 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
