Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector capable of simultaneously performing display of an image and provision of information and of transmitting the information to an external device, and a display device and an information transmission method.SOLUTION: A projector 1 comprises: laser light sources 42 and 43; a light modulation device 22 modulating light emitted by the laser light sources 42 and 43 and outputting image light; and a projection optical system 23 projecting the image light output by the light modulation device 22. Further, the projector 1 comprises: an information acquisition section 14 acquiring information; and a light emission control section 18 controlling luminance of the laser light sources 42 and 43 on the basis of the information acquired by the information acquisition section 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
