PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device capable of performing high-resolution display, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An electro-optical device comprises: a TFT 30 provided on a first substrate 10a; pixel electrodes 27 provided on the TFT 30; data lines 6a provided among the TFT 30 and the pixel electrodes 27; constant electric potential lines 301 electrically connected to constant electric potentials provided on the first substrate 10a; first capacitance elements 71 being provided among the TFT 30 and the data lines 6a and constituted of first capacitance electrodes 51 electrically connected to the constant electric potential lines, first capacitance insulating films 61 and second capacitance electrodes 52 from a first substrate 10a side; second capacitance elements 72 constituted of the second capacitance electrodes 52, second capacitance insulating films 62 and third capacitance electrodes 53 electrically connected to the constant electric potential lines; and third capacitance elements 73 being provided among the data lines 6a and the pixel electrodes 27 and constituted of the constant electric potential lines 301, third capacitance insulating films 63 and fourth capacitance electrodes 302 from the first substrate 10a side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
