Abstract:

PURPOSE: To constitute a cell by micro balloon even when it is a final product, without necessitating specific process or complicated equipment.

CONSTITUTION: In a compressive rubber blanket containing at least 1 reinforced layer, a compressive layer 2 made of oil resistant rubber mixture in which micro balloon 11 having a thermal deformation temperature of 120°C or higher and a pressure proof of 40Kg/cm2 is contained and a surface rubber layer 4 provided on the compressive layer 2 are provided. For the material of the micro balloon 11, copolymer of matacrylonitrile and acrylonitrile is used.
