Abstract:
To provide an engine that can save deburring work at a place where a support hole and a cylinder hole intersect each other by reviewing a structure of the periphery of the support hole in a crankcase part.SOLUTION: In an engine, a bearing case that supports a crankshaft is fitted into a support hole 10 formed in a cylinder block 1, and at the boundary part between a hole forming wall 1t having the support hole 10 and a cylinder wall 1a, a cutout surface a is provided between an end of the support hole 10 in a direction of a crank axial core P and an end of a cylinder hole 8 in a direction of a cylinder axial core Q. The cutout surface a is formed as a concave curved surface recessed with respect to both the support hole 10 and the cylinder hole 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
