PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a block state of a steel pipe pile in conformity to a construction condition of soil or the like, and to improve construction performance and support force capability in a balanced manner.SOLUTION: A construction method of a rotation pressure-insertion steel pipe pile has: a process for positioning a rod top 2a of an oscillation rod 2 at a lower part rather than a first block plate 11A at the lowest stage at the inside of the steel pipe pile 1, and pressure-inserting the steel pipe pile 1 while oscillating the oscillation rod 2; a process for making the oscillation rod 2 arrive at a pile arrival target depth P1 of the steel pipe pile 1 at a support layer G1 before the oscillation rod arrives at a preset rod deepest target depth P2; and a process for pressure-inserting the steel pipe pile 1 while oscillating and pulling up the oscillation rod 2 after the oscillation rod 2 arrives at the rod deepest target depth P2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
