Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of fault diagnosis.SOLUTION: A liquid supply device includes a liquid pump having a motor, a flow channel for circulating liquid from the liquid pump to a liquid injection unit, a rotational speed sensor for detecting a rotational speed N of the motor, a flow rate sensor for detecting a flow rate Q of the liquid in the flow channel, and a control unit for outputting a rotational speed indication value T to the motor. The control unit includes: a memory for storing first table data indicating correspondence allowed between two of T, N, and Q, and second table data indicating correspondence allowed between two of T, N, and Q, the combination of which is different from the combination in the first table data; and a fault diagnosis unit for performing fault diagnosis of at least one of the motor, the flow rate sensor, and the rotational speed sensor by checking T, N, and the flow rate Q against the first table data and the second table data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
