PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device unit capable of achieving miniaturization by reducing the number of wires.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic device unit includes an ultrasonic transducer 32 arranged in an array. A first multiplexer 61 is connected to the ultrasonic transducer 32 by N element side wires 63 aligned in a first direction FR along the contour of an element array 31 in a plane view, and selectively connects M less than N circuit side wires 64 to the element side wires 63. A second multiplexer is connected to the ultrasonic transducer 32 by L element side wires 65 aligned in a second direction SR along the contour of the element array 31 in a plane view, and selectively connects K less than L circuit side wires 66 to the element side wires 65.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
