Abstract:
To prevent a locking mechanism from damaging so as to prevent a locking mechanism for locking a rotatable valve body at a closed position from protruding outside.SOLUTION: A female joint 10 comprises a joint body 16, a valve member 18 rotatably arranged in the joint body 16, a locker 22 for locking the valve member 18, and a sleeve 24 for holding the locking element 22 from the outside in a radial direction. In the unconnected state, the locking element 22 engages with a closing locking recess part 35 formed on an external surface 38 of the valve member 18 to hold the valve member 18 at the closed position. The closing locking recess part 35 of the valve member and the locking element 22 are covered with the sleeve 24 so as not to be exposed to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
