Abstract:
To provide a filter press capable of appropriately performing deliquoring even when laminating a number of filter plates.SOLUTION: A discharge device 33 capable of switching to at least two states of a full-open state in which filtrate and air can be discharged from a discharge port 31 communicating with all filtration chambers 5 by opening and closing opening-closing valves V3 to V6, and a partial-open state in which filtrate and air can be discharged only from a discharge port 31 communicating with the filtration chamber 5 of one chamber or a plurality of chambers from the supply port 18 side, and filtrate and air cannot be discharged from remaining filtration chambers 5 is arranged. Therein, in a deliquoring process of discharging a liquid component from the filtration chamber 5, a full-open dewatering process of supplying air from the supply port 18 in the full open state of the discharge device 33 and a partial open dewatering process of supplying air from the supply port 18 in the partial open state of the discharge device 33 are successively performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
