Abstract:
To provide a flare molding tool which can be easily and inexpensively provided with alignment means for performing alignment of a metallic pipe.SOLUTION: Alignment means includes: a positioning pin storage hole 60 which is provided in a leg part 22e of a yoke body 22 and is opened on a gage bar insertion groove 22c side; a positioning pin 64 which is stored in the positioning pin storage hole 60 so as to be movable in an axial direction; an elastic spring 62 which is interposed between the positioning pin 64 and the hole bottom of the positioning pin storage hole 60 and normally presses and energizes the positioning pin 64 toward the gage bar 26 side; and a recess 74 which is formed on the other outside surface 72b of the gage bar 26 at a position corresponding to an installation position of the positioning pin 64 when fastening and fixing the gage bar 26 and into which a tip of the positioning pin 64 is fitted. A retractable length x of the positioning pin 64 toward the gage bar 26 side from the positioning pin storage hole 60 is set to be larger than a gap y between the gage bar 26 and the gage bar insertion groove 22c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
