Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can suppress tooth contact in clutch engagement immediately after power is supplied to a vehicle system, in a transmission for the vehicle having a dog clutch.SOLUTION: Since a transmission for a vehicle comprises a first calculation part and a second calculation part, even immediately after the supply of power to a vehicle system, a rotation position of a first dog 34 and a rotation position of a second dog 38 can be calculated by detecting rotation positions of an output shaft 22 and a counter shaft 20. As a result, even immediately after the supply of the power to the vehicle system, since relative rotation positions of the first dog 34 and the second dog 38 can be grasped, the first dog 34 and the second dog 38 can be engaged with each other without causing the tooth contact of dog teeth 46 of the first dog 34 and dog teeth 48 of the second dog 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
