Abstract:
To provide a metal wheel capable of preventing an operator clothing and the like from being entangled in a gap between a wire rope and a rope wheel of the metal wheel while reducing a work for replacing the wire rope.SOLUTION: A configuration of a metal wheel cover 100 according to the present invention is attached to a metal wheel 10 hung around by a wire rope 20. The metal wheel cover is arranged at a different angle to a shaft 10a of the metal wheel 10, and has a pair of side walls 112, 114 arranged on the front and back of the metal wheel 10. The metal wheel cover comprises two sets of arms 110a, 110b attached rotatably to the shaft 10a of the metal wheel 10, a pin 120 to connect the pair of side walls 112, 114, and a spring 130 to bias the pin 120 to the wire rope 20 by rotating the arms 110a, 110b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
