Abstract:
To provide a handrail that can be installed in a sitting toilet as necessary.SOLUTION: Laterally on one end side or both end sides of an installation base 1 which is installed near the front of a sitting toilet 20, an armrest attached handrail unit 2 is structured. This unit has a post 5 which is erected from the installation base 1, and has a side armrest 6 which is, in the upper end of the post 5, installed extendedly in front and in the rear of the sitting toilet 20. According to such structure, by additionally installing the handrail device near the front of the sitting toilet 20 as necessary, request for holding the posture of a user during the use of a toilet can be precisely dealt with and, further, support effect by the handrail device for a user is promoted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
