Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient scratch resistance of a hard coat film even when a hard coat layer is made thin, while sufficiently suppressing interferential irregularity caused by the hard coat film.SOLUTION: A hard coat film 15 is constituted by directly disposing a hard coat layer 13 on a resin film substrate 12. The hard coat layer 13 has a film thickness ranging from 0.5 to 5 μm. A mixture region where the components of the resin film substrate 12 are mixed in the range from 30 mass% to 70 mass% with respect to the components of the hard coat layer 13 is formed to a thickness of 100 nm or more in the interface between the hard coat layer 13 and the resin film substrate 12, which results in a continuous change of the refractive index in the interface between the hard coat layer 13 and the resin film substrate 12. An amount of components derived from the resin film substrate is 1% or less on a surface portion of the hard coat layer 13.
