Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency power amplifier capable of set a load impedance of a harmonic wave in addition to a fundamental wave so that its efficiency becomes maximum even after down-sizing.SOLUTION: Provided is a high frequency power amplifier including: a transistor for amplifying a signal at a predetermined signal frequency; a first rail track connected with an output of the transistor and formed on a printed circuit board; and a second rail track and a third rail track formed on a printed circuit board to be branched at a subsequent stage of the first rail track. The second rail track is set with an impedance relative to the signal frequency or a double-wave shifted frequency of the signal frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
