Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successfully switch controls depending on current flowing through a parallel circuit.SOLUTION: A switching circuit comprises wiring where a parallel circuit of a first IGBT and a second IGBT is inserted and a control circuit which switches the first IGBT and the second IGBT. The control circuit turns on both of the first IGBT and the second IGBT at the time of turn-on. The control circuit executes first control to turn off one of the first IGBT and the second IGBT before the time of turn-off when current flowing through the parallel circuit is equal to or lower than threshold in a state where both of the first IGBT and the second IGBT are in the ON state and to turn off the other of the first IGBT and the second IGBT at the time of turn-off. The control circuit executes second control to turn off both of the first IGBT and the second IGBT at the time of turn-off when current flowing through the parallel circuit is higher than the threshold in the state where both of the first IGBT and the second IGBT are in the ON state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
