Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength steel sheet having effectively improved stretch formability and stretch-flange formability and excellent in workability.SOLUTION: The high strength steel sheet excellent in workability is provided that has: a composition containing, by mass%, C:0.11% to 0.16%, Si:0.7% to 1.5%, Mn:1.0% to 2.0%, P:0.05% or less, S:0.005% or less and Al:0.07% or less and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities; and a metal structure which is composed of ferrite as a main phase and a second phase other than ferrite, and in which retained austenite is contained in the second phase in an amount of 5% to 15% by volume ratio to the whole structure and average particle interval of the second phase is 1.0 μm to 5.0 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
