Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable descension of a building that coves a demolished floor when demolishing a high-rise building, even when there is a protrusion on an outer surface of the building or a wing wall, a spandrel wall, or a hanging wall around a column.SOLUTION: A high-rise building 1 is demolished by covering with a building 2 starting from a highest floor, where a demolished floor is demolished while fixing the building 2 by gripping an existing beam 1b on a floor below the demolished floor. Specifically, the building 2 is fixed by gripping the existing beam 1b on the floor below the demolished floor with beam fixtures 4, 5, 7, 8 provided on a support post 3 of the building 2. The building 2 is fixed by gripping the existing beam 1b of the floor directly below the demolished floor, as well as the existing beam 1b of a floor below the floor directly below the demolished floor, with the beam fixtures 4, 5, 7, 8. Two beam fixtures each on a top and a bottom 4, 5 (7, 8) grip the existing beam 1b from above and below the beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
