Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system that can reliably bind fibrous sheets without staples.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus forms toner images on sheets with an image forming part on the basis of image data, and binds the plurality of sheets having the toner images formed thereon with a stapleless binding unit 10 including upper teeth 1010 and lower teeth 1014 each having a concavo-convex part. When binding processing is performed, the image forming apparatus processes, of the image data, image data corresponding to a binding area such that the density of toner in the binding area is reduced compared with a case when the binding processing is not performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
