Abstract:
To provide an image formation system capable of preventing interruption of post-processing while making a power-saving effect in a power saving mode better than ever.SOLUTION: When determining transition of a power saving mode, an MFP provides notification (P3) to post-processing equipment, and blocks electric supply at DC24 V to the post-processing equipment in association with the transition to the power saving mode through the preparation of the transition. In the detection (Q3) of insertion of paper, which is a manual staple object, after the reception of the notification (P3), the post-processing equipment inhibits an operation of a manual staple in the case where termination timing of the manual staple is set after the interruption of the electric supply at DC24 V.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
