Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable electric charges to be transferred more easily.SOLUTION: An imaging device according to the present technique comprises a vertical transistor in which a potential has a gradient at least at a part of a charge transfer channel for transferring electric charges of a photoelectric conversion part. An imaging apparatus according to the present technique comprises: the imaging device having the vertical transistor in which the potential has the gradient at least at the part of the charge transfer channel for transferring electric charges of the photoelectric conversion part; and an image processing part which performs image processing on captured image data obtained by the imaging device. A manufacturing device according to the present technique comprises a vertical transistor manufacturing part which manufactures the vertical transistor in which the potential has the gradient at least at the part of the charge transfer channel for transferring electric charges of the photoelectric conversion part, and the present technique is applicable to, for example, the imaging device, imaging apparatus, manufacturing device and manufacturing method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
