Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly and stably prevent exhaust gas passage form clogging and generation of damage and bending due to adhesion or accumulation of incineration ash on the inner surface of the exhaust gas passage at the outlet side of an incinerator when the dewatered sludge from sewage containing phosphorus is subjected to incineration process with a flow incinerator at 840 to 900°C.SOLUTION: In an incineration processing method for sewage sludge in which dewatered sludge containing excess sludge is subjected to an incineration process with a flow incinerator, the component of the dewatered sludge to be incineration with the flow incinerator is adjusted so that an X1 value calculated by the following formula (1) with respective contents of Na, K, Ca, Mg, Al, Fe and a content of P in the dewatered sludge supplied to the flow incinerator is 1.0 or more, and furthermore, incineration ash is collected so that phosphorus component in the incineration ash is reused.
