Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a commutator riser by empolying copper alloy containing chromium and zirconium, thereby enhancing its strength at high temperature and its conductivity. CONSTITUTION:A commutator riser 1 couples an armature winding conductor 2 to a commutator segment 3. The riser 1 is formed of copper alloy, the copper alloy contains 0.05-1wt% of chromium and zirconium so that the total of the chromium, zirconium and copper is higher than 999.9wt% and the residue is impurities.
