Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method with which a printed matter with scarce exudation of an ink composition and excellent in alcohol resistance and high temperature resistance is obtainable, and to provide an inkjet recording apparatus.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording method includes: a discharging step to discharge an ink containing polymer particles having ethylenically unsaturated groups, a pigment, and water, and containing no polymerization initiator, or containing a polymerization initiator with a content more than 0 mass% and equal to or less than 0.1 mass%, on a substrate by using an inkjet head; a drying step to dry the ink by removing at least a part of the water in the discharged ink; and a curing step to cure the dried ink by an electron beam, in this order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
