Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and easily inspect deterioration of an electromagnetic shield member.SOLUTION: In an initial time, at least one of loop resistance RQT of an electromagnetic shield member 22 which is earth connected to a sample 23, and loop resistance RAC of an electromagnetic shield member 22 which is earth connected to a machine body 20, is measured. Then, at an inspection time, loop resistance RSV of the electromagnetic shield member 22 which is earth connected to the machine body 20 is measured. When the level of current determined to flow through a sheath 17 in the initial time in a state in which an electric system 10 is mounted on the machine body 20 is LAC, and the level of current larger than the LAC and determined that even when the current flows through the sheath 17 in the initial time, a function of an LRU 11 is secured is LQT, an index S obtained by multiplying a RIN which is loop resistance in the initial time determined based on at least one of the RAC and RQT by a ratio of the LQT to the LAC is used for determining deterioration of the electromagnetic shield member 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
