To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of improving detection accuracy of knocking when determining presence/absence of knocking of an internal combustion engine on the basis of an input result of a detection signal from a vibration sensor to a filter.SOLUTION: An ECU 40 includes: a processing device 43 performing processing for determining presence/absence of knocking on the basis of a detection signal from a vibration sensor 35 that detects vibration of an engine 1; and a storage device 41 storing information necessary for the determination made by the processing device 43. The processing device 43 includes: a filter processing section 53 inputting the detection signal from the vibration sensor 35 to at least one filter and extracting a vibration component of a specific frequency band; an integration calculation section 54 performing integration calculation on the basis of an output signal from the filter of the filter processing section 53; a knocking determination section 58 determining presence/absence of knocking on the basis of a calculation result obtained by the integration calculation section 54; and a knocking window correction section 52 correcting an integration period of the integration calculation section 54 relative to a preset period in accordance with filter properties.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
