Abstract:
To prevent vibration due to torsion of a crank shaft without increasing a weight.SOLUTION: A wedge-shaped recessed portion 7 of which a groove width is reduced toward a radial outer side, is formed, for example, on one sheet of counter weight 6 positioned at the head among the plurality of counter weights 6 constituting a crank shaft, and a vibration control member 8 is fitted to the recessed portion 7. The vibration control member 8 is formed into the shape similar to the recessed portion 7, and an elastic body 9 is disposed between an outer surface 8a of the vibration control member 8 and an inner surface 7b of the recessed portion 7. Further the vibration control member 8 is mounted on a crank arm 4 by a bolt 10. As the vibration control member 8 can be relatively moved in a circumferential direction against elasticity of the elastic body 9, resonance of the crank shaft in receiving torsional action can be prevented by damper effect. As the recessed portion 7 has the wedge shape, the vibration control member 8 can be stably supported even when centrifugal force acts thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
