Abstract:
To efficiently supply oil to an oil supply target in an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine includes: a balance shaft; a rotating shaft that is a component separate from the balance shaft, is coupled to the balance shaft in a fitting manner and rotates integrally with the balance shaft; an oil pump that has a cover in which a hole with the rotating shaft inserted therein is formed and is driven by the rotating shaft; and a guide part protruding from the cover to a side of a coupled part of the balance shaft and the rotating shaft and guiding oil falling from an oil hole located above the coupled part to the coupled part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
