Abstract:
To provide a leak inspection device for a work having a plurality of pipe-shaped ports having different protrusion directions, that is capable of connecting a coupler to each port by a simple automatic equipment.SOLUTION: A work 90 has a plurality of pipe-shaped ports 93, 94, 95 that protrude from a main body 91 in different directions and communicate an internal space 92 of the main body 91 with outside. In a leak inspection device 10, couplers 31, 41, and 51 can be inserted respectively into outer periphery of the ports 93, 94, and 95 to seal mouths of the ports 93, 94, and 95. Loaders 36, 46, and 56 move respectively the couplers 31, 41, and 51 forward and backward along port centerlines P, Q, and R. Tracking units 38, 48, and 58 capable of freely offsetting in XYZ axes in three-dimensional space and rotationally moving in an arbitrary plane, track respective phases of the ports 93, 94, and 95 upon forward movements of the couplers 31, 41, and 51, and insert the couplers 31, 41, and 51 respectively into the outer periphery of the ports 93, 94, and 95.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
