Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source system that is high in light emitting efficiency and low in costs.SOLUTION: A light source system comprises: a light emitting device; a spectroscopic system; a first spatial optical modulator 2811; and a second optical modulator 2813. The light emitting device is configured to sequentially emit first light, second light and third light, and the spectroscopic system is configured to split the second light from the light emitting device into first sub-light and second sub-light emitting along a first optical passage and second optical passage, and split the third light from the light emitting device into light of a fifth wavelength range and light of a sixth wavelength range. The first spatial optical modulator is configured to modulate light of a first wavelength range, the first sub-light, and the light of the fifth wavelength range to be sequentially emitted along the first optical passage by the spectroscopic system, and the second spatial optical modulator is configured to modulate light of a second wavelength range, the second sub-light, and the light of the sixth wavelength range to be sequentially emitted along the second optical passage by the spectroscopic system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 28
