Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge, process cartridge and electrophotographic image formation apparatus in which a clutch for performing driving switch to a development roller is improved.SOLUTION: A cartridge attachable/detachable to an electrophotographic image formation apparatus body includes: (i) a development roller which is rotatable for developing a latent image formed on a photoreceptor; (ii) a first drive transmission member which can receive the rotational force generated by the apparatus body; (iii) a second drive transmission member which is configured to be able to be coupled with the first drive transmission member and can transmit the rotational force received by the first drive transmission member to the development roller; and (iv) a coupling release member having (iv-i) a force reception part which can receive the force generated by the apparatus body and (iv-ii) a biasing part which can bias at least one of the first drive transmission member and the second drive transmission member with the force received by the force reception part in order to separate one of the first drive transmission member and the second drive transmission member from the other for releasing coupling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
