PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid draining device capable of preventing a liquid from remaining in a roll.SOLUTION: A liquid draining device 5 for draining a liquid adhering to a belt body F has an upper roll 52 and a lower roll 51 sandwiching the belt body F to be conveyed from upper and lower directions, where a contact surface with at least the belt body F out of the outer peripheral surface of the lower roll 51 and its periphery are subjected to hydrophilic treatment. The outer peripheral surface of the lower roll 51 has wettability, which prevents the liquid adhering to the lower roll 51 from remaining as droplet. For this reason, in the case of a plating liquid, the remained plating solution can be prevented from being dried and crystallized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
