Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing LTP or LATP crystal particles with the reduced mixture of impurities, high crystallinity, and excellent dispersibility.SOLUTION: A glass with LiO: 1+x(0≤x≤1), AlO: x, TiO: 4-2 x, PO: 3+y(1≤y≤4), and ZnO: more than y and less than 3 in molar ratio is prepared, then the glass is heated for crystallization, and through acid treatment, materials other than LTP or LATP crystals are selectively eluted.SELECTED DRAWING: None
