Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt planting structure of a novel structure capable of obtaining a high strength of fixing a plant bolt to a fitting plate member while selecting a formation material or a structure of the plant bolt with a high degree of freedom.SOLUTION: In a bolt planting structure 10, a bolt planting hole 18 is formed while penetrating a fitting plate member 12, a plant bolt 16 is inserted through the bolt planting hole 18, and a shank 22 of the plant bolt 16 is fitted and fixed into the bolt planting hole 18. In the bolt planting structure, around the bolt planting hole 18 through which the plant bolt 16 is inserted in the fitting plate member 12, a recessed part 28 is formed and provided by pressing the fitting plate member 12 in a penetration direction of the bolt planting hole 18. A surface pressure acting on an outer peripheral surface of the shank 22 of the plant bolt 16 and a hole inner surface of the bolt planting hole 18 in the fitting plate member 12 is increased by forming the recessed part 28, and a coming-off resistance force of the plant bolt 16 is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
